At WhipUp, everything we make is designed to fuel your day clean, functional, and made to be enjoyed fresh.
Because our products are food and perishable by nature, we’re not able to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for every customer.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in the condition you expected, just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@whipupgood.com. Include your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll take care of it — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 5 days and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
Because of the nature of our products, we’re not able to offer refunds for opened items or for personal taste preferences, but we’re always here to help and make sure your experience with WhipUp is a great one.
At the end of the day, we stand behind what we make.
And if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right quickly and fairly.
