Because WhipUp products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 48 hours at  support@whipupgood.com and we will make it right.

WhipUp products are intended as food and nutritional support, not as medical treatment. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions, we recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and consulting a professional if needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhipUp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, misuse of products, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
